PPIM (Pilot Pastel Interface Manager)... complete integration into Pastel Accounting
Pilot Pastel Interface Manager (PPIM) allows for automated transfer of financial, inventory and sales information from Pilot POS to Pastel Accounting, at either a store, head office
or bookkeeper level. PPIM delivers detailed information to Pastel, per financial period, including:
- Sales - consolidated daily, with VAT split
- Purchases - split between stock and expenses, with corresponding line item, creditor control or bank control detail
- Usage (direct costs) - Split per category
By using PPIM, bookkeepers are no longer required to:
- Duplicate GRN (purchase invoice) and expense information within Pastel
- Maintain GRN line item detail
- Maintain usage detail by category and product
Pilot SMS Module
We are pleased to introduce Pilot's SMS modules, which offer you the following benefits:
- SMS Bookings
Clients phone and book at your restaurant, and you record Date, Time, Name, Cell, and Covers.
The module will SMS a confirmation to the client, and will update your Bookings database.
If clients respond to your SMS, you can retrieve replies as well!
- SMS BulkMail
You can automatically SMS promotions to your Bookings database, or your Delivery database.
[Delivery database requires the Pilot Delivery Module as a separate purchase]
For example, if you run Tuesday specials, you can SMS all clients who have booked at your restaurant on any Tuesday over the last 6 months.
Alternatively, you could send an SMS to all clients who visited you the day before, thanking them for their business.
You can save SMS templates, and personalize messages with the client's name.

ADSL or another permanent internet connection is required for immediate sending.
