1. No contracts; if you are not satisfied you can cancel your PilotCover plan at any time (with 30 days notice);
2. One proactive site visit per month, including call out and labour charges. This includes:
   1. Cleanout of all hardware;
   2. Full system backups;
   3. Anti-virus checks & updates;
   4. System software upgrades (where applicable);
   5. System re-registration with 6-month key;
   6. Product assistance;
3. Free additional on-site support including all labour and call-out costs;
4. Free loan stock, where such loan stock is in temporary replacement of items supplied by Pilot and determined to be faulty;
