Requirements: Maintain less than 2 hour response time to callouts / on average / Maintain completed electronic job-cards per callout, with all appropriate detail / Maintain less than 5% repeat callouts on average / Maintain tools and vehicle in pristine condition, to be inspected monthly.

The position is available immediately

KPI’s: Maintain 95% call answer rate within 60 seconds / Maintain 95% call resolution & incident completion rate within 15 minutes, with incident body detail / Maintain support query resolution with relevant closure within 24 hours / Maintain an average of 30 incidents closed per day

Requirements: Technical problem-solving knowledge /  A positive attitude and professional outlook / Advanced product knowledge of Pilot and other modules /  Advanced IT hardware, networking and software knowledge / The applicant must be neat and presentable /  Valid driver’s license / The position is available immediately

KPI’s: Maintain less than 2 hour response time to callouts, on average / Maintain completed electronic job-cards per callout, with all appropriate detail / Maintain an average customer rating of 8+, based on job-card SMS feedback / Maintain less than 5% repeat callouts on average / Maintain tools and vehicle in pristine condition, to be inspected monthly
